These terms explain acceptable use of PdfNexa PDF tools, payment access, free generation limits, ad-free upgrades, and user responsibility while processing documents.

Use of PDF tools

PdfNexa tools are provided for document workflow tasks such as merge PDF, split PDF, compress PDF, convert PDF, protect PDF, OCR PDF, and related file processing. Users are responsible for making sure they have the right to process uploaded documents.

Free usage limit

The administrator can set how many PDF generations are free for each user. After the free limit is finished, payment may be required when the payment system is active.

Payments and access

Premium, Business, and ad-free prices are controlled from the admin panel. If Razorpay is configured, users may be redirected through the payment gateway to continue access after limits are reached.

Prohibited use

Users must not upload illegal files, harmful files, files they do not have permission to process, or documents intended to abuse the service. The site owner may restrict access where misuse is detected.

File processing limits

Some advanced tools may require server dependencies such as qpdf, Ghostscript, Poppler, OCRmyPDF, ImageMagick, LibreOffice, or other PDF processors. If a dependency is missing, the tool may show a setup message instead of processing the file.

Accuracy and responsibility

PDF conversion, OCR, compression, translation, and extraction results may vary based on source file quality. Users should review output files before using them for legal, financial, official, or business purposes.
